Background: The Lofts and Residences at the Vic, located in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, is a transit-oriented mixed use development.

Scope: Directed $50 million multi-phased development in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood from 2004 through 2007.

• Phase I – Oversaw all aspects of 54-unit apartment building conversion to loft condominiums including acquisition, finance, design, construction, residential sales and property management. Six units were voluntarily sold through the City of Chicago’s CPAN (Chicago Partnership for Affordable Neighborhoods) program.

• Phase II – Supervised all aspects of ground up construction of 51 condominium units, 230 space public and private parking garage, and 7,200 sf of retail space including acquisition, finance, design, construction, residential sales, retail leasing and property management.
