Based in Rye, New York, Acadia Realty Trust owns over 2.3M square feet of retail property throughout the country. In 2012, as Acadia began acquiring retail assets throughout the City of Chicago, CRA was engaged to create market studies in the Loop, Gold Coast, Wicker Park and Lincoln Park.  This information was then utilized to create an internal database for use by their internal leasing team.  Today, Acadia owns 370,000 square feet in Chicago.
