Located in Kansas City, Carr Realty Advisors provides strategic planning and direction to MD Management.  We serve as an asset manager on a 4.6M square foot retail and office portfolio and assisted with the redevelopment of several retail properties.  We oversee annual property budgets and quarterly reporting processes.  CRA created internal policies and reports as well as procured and managed the creation of marketing materials including trade show and web.
