Camelot Court

Location:  Leawood, Kansas

Background:  Camelot Court is located at 119th and Roe Avenue, one of the best retail intersections in the KC metropolitan area. CRA assisted MD Management (ownership) to redevelop the 170,000 sf shopping center and expand Hen House, the existing grocery store anchor.

Scope:  CRA helped MD create the business plan and obtain economic incentives.

• Created Pro formas and assisted with financing, site planning and leasing strategy
• Attended partnership meetings as well as prepared presentation materials
• Submitted analysis for creation of project incentives
• Submitted quarterly CID reimbursement documentation to the City of Leawood
